Prof. Yonghui Li, University of Sydney

IEEE Fellow

Yonghui Li is now a Professor and Director of Wireless Engineering Laboratory in School of Electrical and Information Engineering, University of Sydney. He is the recipient of the Australian Research Council (ARC)Queen Elizabeth II Fellowship in 2008 and ARC Future Fellowship in 2012. He is an IEEE Fellow. His current research interests are in the area of wireless communications, with a particular focus on IoT, machine to machine communications, MIMO, millimeter wave communications, channel coding techniques, game theory, machine learning and signal processing. Professor Li was an editor for IEEE transactions on communications, IEEE transactions on vehicular technology and guest editors for several special issues of IEEE journals, such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE IoT Journals, IEEE Communications Magazine. He received several best paper awards from IEEE conferences. He has published one book, more than 300 papers in premier IEEE journals and more than 150 papers in premier IEEE conferences. His publications have been cited more than 20000 times.  




Prof. Zheng Yan, Xidian University, China

IEEE Fellow/IET Fellow/AAIA Fellow/AIIA Fellow

Prof. Zheng Yan, Distinguished Professor at Xidian University, is an IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, and AIIA Fellow. She is a Stanford World top 2% scientiss, a Finnish Academy Fellow, an External Member of Finnish Academy of Science and Letters and a highly cited researcher by Elsevier in China. Her research interests are in trust management, information and network security, privacy protection, and data analysis. She has published about 400 papers in prestigious journals and conferences worldwide, including IEEE SP, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, INFOCOM, and ICSE, with over 270 as first or corresponding author. She has authored two English books used for teaching for nearly a decade. She holds 110+ international and domestic patents, including 50 PCT patents (with 30 independent inventions), with more than150 patents adopted by industry, some of which have entered international standards or are widely used. Her U.S. patents are tracked by over 60 Fortune Global 500 companies. She has received numerous awards, including the Nokia Distinguished Inventor Award, three EU awards, N²Women Star in Computer Networking and Communications, IEEE TCSC Award for Excellence in Scalable Computing, IEEE TEMS Distinguished Leadership Award, 18 times of IEEE Outstanding Leadership and Service Awards, AALTO ELEC Impact Award, IEEE ComSoc Big Data Technical Committee Best Journal Paper, IEEE TrustCom Outstanding Paper, Shaanxi Natural Science Award, and Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor by the Electronic Association of China. She founded the first IEEE Blockchain International Conference and serves as a Steering Committee Co-chair. She serves as an Executive Editor-in-Chief of Information Sciences and Area Editor/Associate Editor/Editorial Board Member of over 60 journals, including ACM Computing Surveys, Information Fusion, IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE Network Magazine, etc. She has served as a General Chair or Program Committee Chair for over 40 international conferences and has delivered over 30 keynote and invited talks at international conferences and renowned enterprises.

Prof. Zumin Wang, Dalian University

Professor Zumin Wang is the dean of the School of Information Engineering of Dalian University, the head of Dalian University's leading innovation and entrepreneurship team, a high-end talent in Dalian and an outstanding scientific and technological worker in Liaoning Province. Director of Dalian Key Laboratory of Smart Medicine and Health, Director of Liaoning Beidou High Precision Location Service Technology Engineering Laboratory; Executive director of China Computer Automatic Measurement and Control Technology Association, director of china computer federation, outstanding member, head of smart health technology innovation demonstration base of China Smart City Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, senior member of China Artificial Intelligence Society, and chairman of Dalian Computer Society. He has served as the chairman of several conferences sponsored by top academic organizations at home and abroad, such as IEEE, CCF, etc. He is a project and discipline evaluation expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education, and a project evaluation expert of Liaoning, Shaanxi, Anhui, Dalian and other provinces and cities. In recent years, he has presided over nearly 20 scientific research projects and published more than 100 academic papers. As the first inventor, he was authorized to have 16 invention patents and 1 PCT patent in China, and won a first prize for teaching achievement in Liaoning Province, a second prize for scientific and technological progress in Liaoning Province, two third prizes for scientific and technological progress in Liaoning Province and one second prize for scientific and technological progress in Dalian.



Prof. Zhaowen Qiu, Northeast Forestry University, China

Professor Zhaowen Qiu is a Visiting Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University. He serves as the Chairman of the Heilongjiang Smart Medical Imaging Industry Technology Innovation Alliance and as the Director of the Heilongjiang Medical Imaging 3D Visualization and 3D Printing Engineering Technology Research Center. He is also the Chairman of Tuomeng Technology and holds multiple roles within the China Computer Federation (CCF), including Director, Distinguished Member, Standing Committee Member of the CCF Technical Committee on Computer Applications, Executive Committee Member of the CCF Digital Medicine Branch, and Executive Committee Member of the CCF Harbin Chapter. Additionally, he is a Director of the Heilongjiang Computer Society and Deputy Director of its Intelligent Healthcare Special Committee. His primary research focuses on artificial intelligence and virtual reality. He has led 18 major projects, including those funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology Central Guidance Fund and key R&D initiatives in Heilongjiang Province. He holds 12 national invention patents and has authored one monograph as editor-in-chief. As first or corresponding author, he has published 20 SCI papers in prestigious journals such as Nature Machine Intelligence, Nature Communications, IEEE TPAMI, and IEEE TMI. His accolades include one Second Prize in the National Teaching Achievement Awards, two Second Prizes in Higher Education Teaching Achievements of Heilongjiang Province, and one First Prize in Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress.
